The system is covered by a 30-year leak-tightness warranty.

SCHEIER STANDARD
SCHEIER STANDARD is a modern, non-insulated chimney system designed for dry flue-gas discharge, working perfectly with heating appliances where the flue-gas temperature exceeds 200°C and no condensation occurs. Such appliances include fireplaces without a water jacket and solid-fuel boilers: wood, coal, briquette.
It is not recommended for heating appliances fired with fine coal or fireplaces with a water jacket. In that case the SCHEIER UNIWERSAL system should be used.
The SCHEIER STANDARD system may only be installed inside the building; outdoor installation is possible only with additional insulation.
This system uses top-quality heat-resistant ceramic liners, meeting the requirements of EN 1457-1 and EN 1457-2, which allow flue-gas discharge up to 600°C (class T600) and are resistant to soot fires up to 1000°C. Every component is marked to the A1N1 standard. Resistance to condensate (D3) and abrasion (≤ 0.03 kg/m³), compressive strength (≥ 10 MN/m²) and an exceptionally smooth inner surface ensure proper draught throughout the service life and reduce soot build-up on the flue walls. This allows for a 30-year warranty.
The SCHEIER STANDARD chimney system holds a European CE certificate compliant with EN 13063-1.
The chimney casing is made of lightweight concrete (keramzyt) blocks, manufactured to EN:12446. They feature a system of channels ventilating the ceramic liner and stabilising mineral wool in the chimney. The hole system in the blocks also allows the chimney to be extended above the roof.
The SCHEIER STANDARD chimney includes all elements necessary for installation. The system is available in diameters of 160 mm, 180 mm and 200 mm. A 45-degree flue-gas connection is also available.

SCHEIER DUO UNIWERSAL
The SCHEIER DUO UNIWERSAL system is an economical solution combining two independent chimney systems in a single lightweight-concrete casing.
The steel, air-and-flue system is used to discharge flue gases from modern condensing boilers with a closed combustion chamber, fired with gas or heating oil. It works at temperatures up to 200°C and is resistant to condensate.
It uses top-quality stainless, acid-resistant steel pipes, 0.6 mm thick and Ø 80 mm in diameter, grade 1.4404. They are joined into a chimney set thanks to specially prepared socket ends with gaskets, allowing free thermal expansion of the liner while guaranteeing its tightness and resistance to acids present in flue gases.
The connection to the boiler and the upper air-intake termination have a diameter of Ø 125/80 mm. Condensate forming in the chimney is drained entirely into the boiler (from where, through the appropriate channel, it reaches the sewage system) for further heat recovery, improving the efficiency of the heating appliance.
The ceramic system, insulated, is used to discharge flue gases from boilers burning any type of solid fuel: eco-pea coal, fine coal, wood, coal, briquette, pellet, as well as from traditional fireplaces and fireplaces with a water jacket. It works at temperatures from 60 to 600°C, resistant to soot fires and condensate.
This system uses top-quality heat-resistant ceramic liners, meeting the requirements of EN 1457-1 and EN 1457-2, allowing flue-gas discharge up to 600°C (class T600), resistant to soot fires up to 1000°C. This allows for a 30-year warranty.
The advantage of the SCHEIER DUO UNIWERSAL system is the ability to connect two independent boilers to a single twin-flue chimney, which is economical, saves space and allows the heating method to be chosen at a later stage.
The system is resistant to acids and soot fires. Available in diameters: ceramic Ø 160mm, Ø 180mm and Ø 200mm + steel Ø 80mm. Holds a CE certificate compliant with EN 13063-1, EN 13063-2, EN 14989-2.

SCHEIER TURBO KERAMIK
SCHEIER TURBO KERAMIK is an air-and-flue chimney system designed to discharge flue gases from modern boilers with a closed combustion chamber, both condensing and TURBO type, fired with gas or heating oil.
Since more than one boiler can be connected to the chimney, it is recommended for both single- and multi-family houses. It can work at an overpressure of up to 200 Pa. This system uses top-quality ceramic liners, allowing flue-gas discharge up to 200°C (class T200 P1 W2 050). They are resistant to moisture and the aggressive acids contained in flue gases.
The SCHEIER TURBO KERAMIK chimney system holds a European CE certificate compliant with EN 13063-2 and EN 13063-3.
Condensate forming in the chimney is drained entirely into a tank in the form of a deep basin, and from there to the sewage system. Air feeding the combustion chamber is supplied through the chimney casing, in the direction opposite to the flue gases, which means it is pre-heated, reducing energy losses while increasing the efficiency of the connected heating appliance.
The chimney casing is made of lightweight concrete (keramzyt) blocks, manufactured to EN:12446. They are distinguished by high thermal insulation and durability.
The SCHEIER TURBO KERAMIK chimney includes all elements necessary for installation. The system is available in diameters of 100 mm and 140 mm.
