Ventilation and smoke blocks are used to create gravity ventilation ducts and flue gas chimneys in buildings. Made of expanded clay concrete of at least LB5 class, they are characterized by high stability and durability. They are also used as casings for stainless steel chimney liners, as casings for technical ducts for solar, sewage, and electrical installations, and as formwork for fence posts.
They have excellent acoustic insulation, fire resistance, and frost resistance. They are lightweight and easy to install.
To construct a 1-meter chimney, use four blocks joined together with a layer (recommended joint thickness of at least 1 cm) of cement-lime mortar with a joint compressive strength of at least 0.15 N/mm², evenly distributed over the block walls.
🛠️ Chimney and Ventilation Block Installation Instructions
Chimney and ventilation ducts are installed on a prepared foundation as self-supporting structures, separated from the building's load-bearing elements. The external walls of the ventilation blocks must not be loaded with other building elements. A 3-4 cm expansion gap should be left where the chimney passes through the roof and ceiling, and this gap should be filled with non-flammable insulating material, such as mineral wool.
The chimney should be connected to the truss using angle brackets and screws. In the case of a chimney shaft composed of multiple flue, smoke, or ventilation shafts, do not tie the blocks from individual chimneys together; instead, place them side by side without mortar.
The outer surface of the chimney should be plastered with a layer of approximately 2 cm of cement-lime plaster, covered with clinker tiles, or bricked.
If additional static reinforcement is required, angle brackets should be installed at the corners of the blocks, wrapped with mesh, and plastered.

Warranty and returns
Our more than 25 years of experience, combined with the best materials, a modern machine park and quality control, mean that we take full responsibility for Kratki PRO series stoves, giving them up to 10 years of warranty. Each stove has its own individual Quality Certificate. The ceramic lining is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the stove. The grate and stove seals are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase of the stove. The warranty does not cover: heat-resistant ceramics. The use of the free-standing stove, the method of connecting it to the chimney and the operating conditions must comply with the user manual.
A Customer who is a Consumer and has concluded a Sales Agreement has the right to withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period runs from the day on which the Customer or a third party indicated by them (other than the carrier) took physical possession of the goods. A declaration of withdrawal may be submitted using the form whose template has been made available by the Seller on the Store website.
